Program description

Clinical AI Solutions Text Alert Subscription is an SMS service used to communicate with potential customers and existing clients regarding schedule updates, changes, cancellations, and appointment confirmations. Messages are limited to appointment-related communications and scheduling coordination. No unsolicited marketing, promotional, fundraising, political, or third-party content is ever sent.

By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS messages from Clinical AI Solutions related to your appointments and scheduling.

How to opt in

You may opt in by completing the Clinical AI Solutions Text Alert Subscription Form at JamesRodriguez.dev. You must provide your mobile phone number and check the consent checkbox indicating you agree to receive text messages. Consent is not required to make a purchase or receive services.

Eligibility

You must be the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and must reside in the United States. By submitting your number, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have authorization to consent to receive messages at that number.

Message frequency

You will receive a maximum of 2 text messages per month. Message frequency may vary based on scheduling activity.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. Clinical AI Solutions is not responsible for any charges assessed by your carrier.

Sample messages

Examples of messages subscribers may receive (bracketed items are dynamic):

Appointment confirmation: Clinical AI Solutions: Your meeting with [employee] is scheduled at [HH:MM AM/PM] on [MM/DD/YYYY]. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out of these messages.

Location change: Clinical AI Solutions: Due to weather, the meeting location with [employee] has changed to [location] at [HH:MM AM/PM] on [MM/DD/YYYY]. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out of these messages.

Cancellation: Clinical AI Solutions: The upcoming appointment with [employee] will need to be cancelled and rescheduled. Sorry for the inconvenience. Reply STOP to opt out of these messages.

Opt-in confirmation: Clinical AI Solutions: You are now subscribed. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to stop messages and unsubscribe.

Messages do not include embedded links for marketing purposes, embedded third-party phone numbers, direct lending content, or age-gated material.

Opt-out

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After sending STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent unless you re-enroll by completing the opt-in form again.
